BURNOUT CONTEST WINNER

BATTLE OF THE SPORTSMAN
Texas Motorcycle Drag Racing started September 1, 2007 racing at Angleton Raceway in Angleton, TX, with another brief rain period. After the drying process, we were on our way.

This event was dedicated to the Sportsman racer-their day in the limelight. Every imaginable bike from Harley sportsman to foreign, took many laps down the tarmac before the big eliminations.

I want to thank McCreations, Fas Coonass Racing, and TMFC Racing Team for helping sponsor this event. Also, Wolf Accessories for being the sponsor of the bikini contest.

The following is head-up for American v-twins such as Harley, Victory, Borquet, etc.

For KING OF THE CASH, we took the American V-Twin class winners from each group, asked for their dial-ins, and did a run-off, bracket type. League City, TX’s Mickey Leverett took the trophy with a big ole smile…and ran with the loot.

In the Mixed bike Street ET Bracket there was fightin’ with a little bit of talk trashin’ to be had. T-Byrd Racing’s lil’ Butch Adamson took the cash.

The best of the show in the bike show saw a man win but I forgot to get his name and picture. Sorry, I want to make this right-so let me know who you are.

I want to personally thank everyone that helped make it such a success.
